Responsibilities include supporting desktops which includes PC/Hardware support., Working with end users to resolve issues while hitting SLAs. Certification are a plus. This was based on historic pricing at Aviva and currently have consultants at this rate.

Looking for a strong customer service focused desktop support technician. MS OS experience preferred, Outlook / Office product support a strong plus. Ideal candidate is self-reliant, reliable, with a positive attitude. Flexibility to schedule is minimal , but may occur. Seeking to fill primarily day hours, though specific shift is not known determined at this time.
